Mitchell Graves, Certified Personal Trainer

Mitchell Graves is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise through AFAA, which is accredited by the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and he has helped hundreds of men and women transform their bodies to look thinner, stronger, and have more energy. He is a fitness info entrepreneur, author, and keynote speaker. A former college track athlete and three time black belt in Tae Kwon Do, he knows about peak performance and the importance of the mind and body working in harmony.
Mitchell specializes in combining motivational psychology with expert one-on-one personal training to help his clients create a mindset shift and permanent lifestyle change. He believes every person has the ability to reach their full potential in their bodies, minds, and spirit and it’s his mission to bring it out of them!
Mitchell enjoys traveling, long drives, spending time with his fiance, and hiking mountains. When he’s not doing these things, you can find him reading, learning, or attending conferences to sharpen his tool belt.
Mitchell lives by the motto that he passes on to his clients that “Limits are Illusions” and “Anything is Possible!”

Delila Diaz, Certified Personal Trainer

Delila Diaz is our newest member of the Perfection Fitness Team! She is certified as a Personal Trainer through AFAA which is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC).
Although she is new to Perfection Fitness, Delila brings over 6 years of experience from the fitness world! She is seen by her clients as an excellent resource in providing them nutritional guidance, fitness tips and safety. Her motivating Small-Group (semi-private) and One-On-One Personal Training sessions along with her Group Exercise classes are in high demand because of her high energy and enthusiastic approach to fitness. She takes the time to educate her clients on the extensive benefits of physical fitness and nutrition.
She also believes that every person can make a change in their life – a life for the better! Helping change lives is what she does best. While training her clients, one can hear Delila’s motivating voice tell her clients her favorite phrases, “FINISH STRONG” or “No Pain, No Gain”. The experience she’s acquired throughout the years has allowed her to design detailed exercise programs specific to each client’s fitness needs.
Delila’s very active lifestyle includes distance running, jogging at our local trails, hiking, cycling and rock climbing. Aside from her busy activities, she keeps busiest keeping up with her one year old!
When asked what keeps her so motivated and focused, she replies, “My goal is to share my knowledge with clients, motivate and touch their lives through exercise in a way that will last a lifetime”.
