As soon as I began my training program with Melissa, I instantly saw results. She motivated me to do exercises I would not have done on my own. Most importantly, I learned how to enjoy my favorite foods in moderation, began to sleep better, have more energy during the day and the best thing I learned was to preplan my meals on a daily basis especially if I was going to a restaurant! By working with Melissa I lost 37 lbs in less than six months!
