Yoga is great because I’m a 63 year young man with arthritis in all my joints, and knees that are at times painful. When I take 2 or more classes per week, I feel 20-30 years younger! I can run down the flight of stairs after class, jump on my bike and ride till the cows come home. All my joints; shoulders, elbows and knees all feel refurbished & reconditioned, like I just got a lube job. I swear by it and recommend it to anybody and everybody. I’ve been a regular hot yoga practitioner for almost 17 yrs. and still, when class is over, I can’t wait until the next one.
