Jessica is certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific.
Specializing in weight loss, muscle toning and flexibility, she is seen by her clients as an excellent resource for providing nutritional guidance and safe, effective workout routines in every session. Her training programs have helped a wide population of people, ranging from young athletes, to prenatal/ post-natal women and elderly clients.
No two clients have the same goals and abilities; so no two clients should be completing the same workout. Jessica creates unique training sessions tailored to each individual client. She takes a realistic approach to creating exercise programs that work for your individual ambitions and lifestyle. She is an effective personal trainer that educates, motivates and guides every client, every workout. She will keep your body guessing and your mind engaged!
When you train with Jessica, you become a team. She doesn’t just hand you a standardized workout and say, “See you next week.” She takes the time to listen to her clients and will give you as much interaction via phone or email between your in-person sessions as you want. She is truly dedicated to your progress, and will provide honest feedback, hold you accountable and celebrate your successes.

Jessica loves to maintain an active lifestyle and enjoys playing basketball, doing indoor rock climbing, taking hikes along the coast and playing outdoors with her little boy!
