Celia is an overall fitness enthusiast! She is a well rounded trainer and teacher that specializes in Yoga, Weight Lifting, Personal Training, Running and TRX. Celia has been a fitness enthusiast and athlete her entire life a former Marathon Runner and Cheerleader. She incorporated taking yoga classes after training for her first full marathon. After running 30+ miles per week and lifting weights, basic stretching and warm ups were not enough. Her body began to feel achy and tight. She needed something to offset the pounding and wear and tear extensive running had on her muscles and bones. She decided to start taking yoga classes and fell in love with the practice and philosophy right from the beginning. Celia has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, Weight Lifting and running for 19 years.
A former Corporate Banker, she decided to hang up her suit and live her purpose, to teach Yoga and Fitness Full time. Celia practices and teaches a variety of fitness and yoga. She believes in approaching all styles of fitness with athletic mindfulness. We must connect mind and muscle for overall grow and body awareness. She challenges her clients and students to find their strength while being aware of the balance of effort and surrender in their physical movement. Celia also loves to travel, hiking and the outdoors. She is deeply devoted to her family. Celia is blessed with an an amazing husband and two boys, who are her rock and keep her balanced.
