We work with you One on One in a private setting where you can focus on your fitness goals without any distractions.
The first step to take is reserving your Complimentary Consultation. At this time you and your Trainer will meet to discuss your health and fitness concerns as well as setting your Goals.
A fitness Analysis will be completed which includes, Body measurements, Body Fat Analyzing, Strength, Flexibility and Cardio testing.
Once your personal Information is gathered your Trainer will discuss a meal plan as well as an exercise plan specifically designed for your body type.
The amount of time you meet w/ your Trainer may very from 1-3 times / week depending on your Personal Fitness Goal.

One individual 60 minute Session a week – 90.00
Four Weeks/ 8 sessions – 480.00

Four weeks – 540.00/12 sessions

All sessions at the studio include water, towel, a post work snack as well as a complimentary coffee and tea bar.
