This workshop is designed to keep seniors fit, active, functional and independent. Today’s seniors have the expectation of remaining vibrant, functional and active as they continue to mature. Make sure to wear your sneakers, this class will end with some movement and whole lot of fun!
We will discuss the following:
- How to safely begin an exercise routine
- Knowing your exercise limits
- Fall prevention
- Mental fitness
Following the discussion there will be an interactive demonstration of at home exercises and balance drills. The class will end with a Q&A. We encourage all participants to ask specific questions pertaining to their individual needs.
