Certified Personal Trainer
Adam is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University.
Adam has always been shown first hand the real benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, growing up in a household where good nutrition and exercise were emphasized. Following in the footsteps of his mom, a trainer for 30+ years with numerous accolades and accomplishments, he began working in a gym when he was 15 and truly embraced his passion for fitness with a trip to the Los Angeles Fitness Expo in 2015.
From then on, Adam knew fitness was something he wanted to pursue professionally. Having a degree primarily focused on sports, he trained clients both in person and online while finishing school. After graduating in May 2018, and taking a job with a minor league team in Montana shortly after, Adam wanted to put his focus solely back into his clients. Deciding to work towards his passion for fitness full time, he made his way back to where his journey into the fitness profession began in Southern California.
“It’s all about the impact. To me health and fitness is an amazing vehicle towards obtaining an overall better quality of life. To be able to assist people in doing that, and to see the overwhelming joy when they reach their goal, inspires me everyday to do what I do.”
Adam specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention/rehabilitation and lifestyle coaching. He prides himself on not only getting his clients to their health and fitness goals, but educating and empowering them on ways to maintain their progress and practically live a long term heathy lifestyle.
Outside the gym, Adam is a huge sports enthusiast. He also enjoys photography, the beach and being outdoors.
